maison verte - brennnessel syrup
as kids we're taught to avoid them - now we appreciate them as a superfood: the stinging nettle (german: brennnessel) is a plant that grows pretty much globally and is very well known in switzerland.
seeing the many benefits of this super plant 'maison verte' created a nettle syrup. and here are some ideas on how to use it:
-as a sweet and refreshing drink
-as an amazing addition to your salad dressing
