What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, feel free to send us a message with your measurements. We always try to add the models size and their height for you. Of course you can also order two sizes and try them on. Please use "invoice" as the payment method.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we cannot always change or cancel it. This is because we are super fast at packing your orders ;)

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund via gift card.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We send all of our orders via the Swiss Post.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information (only for parcels, not for smaller items that are sent as letters). Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

shipping national

shipping inside switzerland is usually within 2-3 working days. we usually ship with b-post using the swiss post service. shipping is charged at checkout. for orders above CHF 100 shipping is free. upon request, deliveries can also be sent via express. 

shipping international

shipping abroad is possible. the parcel will be shipped and registered by the swiss post. we would like to draw your attention to the fact that customs duties and local VAT are incurred depending on the country. the payment of these taxes is at your expense. the VAT rate depends on the destination country. the shipping charge depends on the size of the parcel and the weight.

pick up your order in our store

you can also pick up your order directly from us in the store. for this you can select "pick-up" as delivery method at checkout. we will send you a notification as soon as your order is packed and ready.

How long can I return my items?

our return policy lasts 14 days. if 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. of course we are all human beings and time flies fast - you can always get in touch via e-mail or stop by in store and we will try to find a solution.

to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. please return all tags if you can.

to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (or the date and amount).

Can I return all products?

You cannot return SALE/OUTLET items, underwear, beauty items (scrubs, creams, candles etc.) or used kitchen items (such as spices, cocktails etc.). You cannot return worn or used products and vouchers.

When I return items do I get a refund?

We do NOT return cash or card payments but change your product for a voucher (or another product). In case you have not paid for your product yet, we can update your invoice for you (if you return everything, you will not have to pay anything). If you are unsure, please order via invoice.

How can I see what product is in what store?

Almost all our products are available at our Pfingstweid store. Also our Lager is right by the store. On the individual product page you can see where the product is available.
