This Christmas season we are teaming up with YOOMEE again to run a shared pop-up hut at Bellevue Noël on Sechseläutenplatz. The market is from 18.11.26 - 23.12.26.

We are collab zürich, and since 2015, we have stood for a curated selection of social, local, and sustainable products. Great products made by real people — that has been our motto from the very beginning. What does that mean? It means we take the time to get to know the people who make our products, as well as the stories and processes behind them.

YOOMEE is a Zurich-based brand creating high-quality, handcrafted accessories with a strong focus on craftsmanship, beautiful details and meaningful production. At the heart of the brand is a women’s cooperative in Marrakesh — a social project supporting women with disabilities by providing a safe workplace, fair wages and access to medical support.

Together, we are looking for enthusiastic and friendly people to join us at our Christmas market hut and help us create a warm and welcoming experience for our customers.

The role

As a Christmas Market Sales Assistant, you will help us run our hut at Bellevue Noël, Sechseläutenplatz, Zurich.

Your responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and assisting customers with a warm and personal approach
• Selling and presenting collab and YOOMEE products
• Sharing the story and values behind collab and YOOMEE
• Keeping the hut organised, attractive and welcoming
• Supporting the team with daily opening, closing and general market tasks
• Creating a positive Christmas market atmosphere together with the collab & YOOMEE team

Before your first shift, you will receive a detailed introduction to the products, including their materials, production and special features, so that you can confidently advise customers.

Working hours

Each shift is 5.75 hours long and the market is open Monday - Sunday.

Day shift: 10:45–16:30
Evening shift: 16:30–22:15 (Sunday until 20:00)

Dates: 18.11.2026 - 23.12.2026

The position is 50–80% during mid November and December 2026, with shifts scheduled according to the Christmas market opening hours and team availability.

The market is outdoors. Our hut is equipped with heating and insulated flooring, but you should still feel comfortable working outside in winter conditions.

Hourly wage: CHF 25/hour

You are someone who:

• Is interested in handmade products, accessories and design
• Enjoys interacting with people and providing attentive, friendly customer service
• Has excellent German and English skills
• Is comfortable working outdoors during the winter season
• Enjoys working in a small, friendly and collaborative team
• Is reliable, proactive and enjoys taking responsibility
• Appreciates brands with a social purpose and wants to contribute to a meaningful project

Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but personality, enthusiasm and a genuine interest in the products are just as important.
