apply on the neck, temple area, back of the ears, and inside of your wrists. inhale and let yourself be revived. can be used up to 4 times a day. can also be used outside the premenstrual cycle in case of irritability or temporary imbalance. apply to the palm of your hands and inhale slowly through the nose.
