Matcha is known for supporting energy and focus, offering a gentler, longer-lasting boost than coffee. Grown in Uji, Japan, this premium matcha is made from spring leaves, stone-ground to preserve its natural amino acids, vibrant colour and delicate flavour.

How to Matcha
1. Sift: Sift 2–3 g of matcha into a bowl.
2. Whisk: Add 40 ml of water (75–80°C) and whisk in an M or W motion until smooth and frothy.
3. Prepare your milk
Hot: Heat and froth your milk.
Iced: Add milk and ice to a glass.
4. Pour & enjoy: Pour the matcha into your milk and enjoy!
