founded by: jessica kollar & kaspar fenkart, 2017
products: cocktails

jessica kollar and kaspar fenkart, a cool duo from zurich, have tons of experience when it comes to cocktails. and they’ve put all their know-how into a bottle - literally. in 2017 they created ‘the cocktail’, a brand for bottled professional cocktails. now thanks to them, you don’t need to go to a bar in order to enjoy a quality cocktail. all you need is a tumbler, some ice, and a bottle of your favorite drink. whether it is an homage to our favorite city, reinventing a classic drink such as the negroni, or a tribute to one of switzerland’s most famous writers, ‘the cocktail’ is also the perfect gift for your loved ones. all ingredients were carefully selected and lovingly turned into balanced recipes during a one-and-a-half-year-long process, in order to create tasty, qualitative, and durable cocktails in a bottle.
cheers to that!
