sage is a traditional medicinal plant that has been used to cleanse spaces for ages. the smoke of the sage is said to clear negative energies. you can use these smudge sticks for holistic or ritualistic purposes - cleanse your space and feel grounded again.

how to use:

- open windows and doors to allow negative energies to escape
- light the front end of the sage bundle and let it burn for about 30 seconds until light smoke forms
- as soon as light smoke forms, blow out the flame
- set an intention and hold the object above the smoking sage or walk around with your sage bundle in the space you want to cleanse
- gentle squeeze the embers from the sage after the ritual - make sure the last embers are extinguished before storing your sage bundle (leave it on a plate or window sill)
