it is best to hand wash your lingerie in warm to cold water with natural soap (for happy bras and a happy environment). 
for the gals on the go, if you want to use the washing machine, please: use a laundry bag and do not wash warmer than 30 degrees with a mild detergent. lay flat to dry or hang out to dry in the shadow. do not tumble dry.
