Cocktail In A Bottle - Dürrenmatt
Description
Christian Heiss created this drink as a tribute to Swiss playwright and author Friedrich Dürrenmatt. On the way to his favorite restaurant, he always stopped at the Diogenes publisher Daniel Keel's and drank a whiskey. Once at the restaurant, he then remained faithful to Bordeaux. The master mixologist then transformed this ritual into this cocktail. Whiskey meets vermouth.
Serving tips: Stir the Dürrematt in a tumbler with ice and garnish with an orange zest.
