Description
everyone's darling: the ana knit pants. this fit is super flattering for all body types and they are super cofortable. if you're a petite size, they are super easy to shorten as well! our team has tried and tested these pants and we all agree - ana is a winner!
material: 100% organic cotton
fit: loose fit. julie is 1.77cm and wears size S.
care: made of organic cotton, which is sustainable and easy to take care of:
- gentle wash up to 30°C
- use mild or color detergent
- use a washing bag to protect the garment from zippers (and other mean things) being in the same washing machine
- wash inside out
- no softener (bad for the environment too!)
- iron on low to medium temperature
this garment is made of 100% cotton. we try to avoid unnecessary synthetic fibers, such as elastane, wherever possible. that is why this garment might stretch out and change the shape while wearing it. the good news: the style will be back in shape after washing. so, no panic - it’s just organic. thanks for your understanding, dear!

1. design
jan n june's founders anna and jula still do all of the design work themselves. they are mastering that challenge, despite living in two different countries. luckily they're pros at long-distance teamwork.
so the design process is split between hamburg and dubai.
2. raw material
since the average cotton production is a pretty dirty business, jan n june only use organic and recycled cotton.
if you wanna know more about the ecological benefits, compared to regular cotton, click jan and june's article here.
the cotton is grown in india.
3. yarn production
no matter which fibers we are talking about, they have to be spun into a yarn for further production steps.
the yarn production takes place in portugal.
4. fabric production
the next step of jan n june's supply chain is to weave the yarn into a fabric.
the fabric production is located in barcelos, portugal.
5. manufacturing
that's where all the magic happens!
jan n june's manufacturers receive the patterns, fabrics, and other components like buttons or zippers and make them into a garment.
this piece is made in barcelos, portugal.
6. distribution
