how to use:

- open windows and doors to allow negative energies to escape
- light the front end of the sage bundle and let it burn for about 30 seconds until light smoke forms
- as soon as light smoke forms, blow out the flame
- set an intention and hold the object above the smoking sage or walk around with your sage bundle in the space you want to cleanse
- gentle squeeze the embers from the sage after the ritual - make sure the last embers are extinguished before storing your sage bundle (leave it on a plate or window sill)
