Palo santo: many people find the aroma of palo santo relaxing, so it’s commonly used to ease stress. it’s thought to have a purifying, cleansing effect on the body and mind.

Satya incense: Choose between the classic nag champa (sweet and flowery), lavender (helps ease stress and anxiety) or meditation (tart and fresh) scent. The Satya incense sticks are all hand rolled and carefully balanced. 

How to use:

Palo santo: simply light a stick and then extinguish the flame, gently waving the stick in the air or waving your hand over the stick

Smudge stick (white sage): simply waft sage smoke in and around your home. you can place the bundle in a fireproof bowl or burner and allow it to smoke for a while.

Satya incense: simply go with your gut and light up a sweet stick of incense to clear any energy that shouldn't be there.
