this beautiful series enters its fourth round! each year, an artist, a designer, a filmmaker, a photographer designs the packaging of a garçoa chocolate. the art edition 2022 has been designed by the zurich fashion designer julian zigerli. the silhouette design is part of his current collection "ROCK, PAPER, SCISSORLI". his design combines swiss tradition and craftsmanship with a big pinch of humor and irony.
for this chocolate, garcoa grind and conch the cocoa from the idukki region (india) for a shorter time on the stone mills and add the sugar late. this makes the chocolate particularly fruity and the still somewhat coarse sugar crystals crunch wonderfully.
